ICTEM 2024 was held at University of Barcelona, Spain during July 29-31, 2024 in hybrid mode.

The conference was co-sponsored by University of Barcelona and IU International University of Applied Sciences. At the opening ceremony, Our conference chair: Prof. Mario Barajas Frutos, University of Munich, Germany delivered the welcome speech and opening remarks of AIET to all online/offline participants. Prof. Fatos Xhafa, who is the editor in chief of Elsevier Book Series "Intelligent Data Centric Systems" and Springer Book Series "Data Engineering and Communication Technologies", from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Spain presented the excellent keynote speech before the morning coffee break. After the break, Prof. Stylianos Mystakidis, from University of Patras, Greece did the online speech “Facing the Herculean Dilemma for Artificial Intelligence in Education”. The third Keynote speech was presented by Conference Co-chair: Prof. Cristina Galván, from University of Munich, Germany. In addition to it, we also invited Assoc. Prof. Osama Taani, from Higher Colleges of Technology, UAE to deliver the invited talk.
