Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic and possible travel restrictions in most countries, the ICTEM 2022 conference held virtually during July 1-3, 2022.

There were 3 technical sessions for authors' presentations at the conference. The topics were related to Educational Innovation, Management and Psychology; Educational Information Technology and Online Learning; Artificial Intelligence and Data Technology in Education etc. At the end of the conference, after evaluation, 3 best presenters were selected by session chairs.
